But this is not possible with solar, hence the coverage of all maintenance and its inclusion in a bundled set of services.

Average Monthly electricity Costs - R400 - R850. Depending on size of family.
Borehole water is absolutely free. However some people do prefer municipal water. Average municipal water costs - entirely dependent on tenants.

Please note that viewings can only take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 14:00 pm and 16:30 pm in the afternoon. This because there are still currently tenants there until the end of September.
