This place is completely unique in the world. 20 minutes to Cape Town CBD, 5 minutes to the Table Mountain and a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches in the world, Llandudno. 15 minutes away you have the world class wine farms in the Constantia Wine Route. The scenery is breathtaking, the sun is nearly always shining and the cost of living is very reasonable. Restaurants etc. are amazing and nearly always less than half the price of Europe.
You have access to: 2 double en-suite bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms, heated pool, braai (Weber barbecue), ice machine, Air Condition/heating in all rooms individually operated, wood-fired sauna, Miele kitchen appliances, two fire places, home automation for sound system in the whole house which you can use Spotify on. DSTV (all South African, African and international television you need), Netflix and Apple TV. The area is the most secure in South Africa. In addition: security is best in class with electric fence, outside beams, alarm on all doors and windows, cameras on the street and around the house. 24/7 SWAT teams in the area to support and 24/7 team watching your back when you are going in and out of the house.
